Lack of time.  I always have not enough time, as long as I remember myself.  I have too many plans and ideas, everything want to do, but I have only 24 hours a day, like everybody else.  And it seems that it is not enough for me.  Sometimes I think it would be good to have two of myself: one would do the writing and another the rest stuff, for example, research, facts checking, bringing me a coffee :) and so on.  But it is impossible, so I always have to make decisions, about what is more important and share my time.
