Tell us a little about yourself.
I am a spiritual alignment specialist, mental healer, and author who provides people with the tips, tools, and techniques they need to take their lives from where they are to where they want to be. I love reading and am passionate about enlightening others about the higher truths of life. I help my readers identify their goals, release limiting beliefs, and create lasting change in their lives. Life doesn’t have to be a struggle; happiness is your birthright!
What do you like to do when you’re not writing?
When I am not writing, I am reading and/or meditating. I am also passionate about enlightening others about the higher truths of life. My mission is to empower, inspire, and align people seeking spiritual growth and to provide them with the right knowledge and resources to make them consciously aware of their own power and potential so they can live the life they truly desire and deserve.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I was in my twenties when I realized my fascination for absorbing knowledge, hence the love of reading increased, and it was pure growth and ascension ever since. I recently started writing in 2022. I am inspired to help people out of the ruts of their minds and into their hearts to find happiness and inner peace. Then, for those who are ready, to help them to discover their SELF where the bliss of existence exists. This was why the Mental Health Series was created.
What books have you read more than once in your life?
I have too many to list, but to name a few: Before I Am by Mooji, The Impersonal Life by Joseph Benner, Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch, Be As You Are by Ramana Marashi, The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, The Sermon on the Mount by Emmett Fox, I AM THAT: Talks with Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, The Truth Is by Papji, There’s A Spiritual Solution to Every Problem by Wayne Dyer.
How many books have you written? Which is your favorite?
So far, I have written one book series called “The Mental Health Series” This book series includes three books. The first book is titled “Conquer Stress: The Overthinker’s Guide to Peace and Happiness”. The second book of the series is titled “Your Life, Your Way! The Go-Getter’s Guide to Getting What You Want”, and the third book of the series is titled “Reclaim Your Power: The Art of Alleviating the Suffering That Comes with Life’s Struggle”, which is planned to release in 2024.
Tell us a little about your latest book.

Are there any books or authors that inspired you to become a writer?
One author who has really inspired my writing journey is Mooji. When reading Mooji’s books I feel the experience rather than simply read a book. I wanted to bring the same feel to readers with my writing. I want readers to feel empowered within. This is the true power of knowledge. This is why I write non-fiction books of self-help, personal and spiritual development, and anything to help with someone’s ascension along life’s journey.
What do you think about the role of readers?
Readers are awesome! I love readers. Without readers, authors would not be successful. Without readers, there would be nobody to receive the message and experience that each book has to offer. Authors should respect the role of their readers and be sure to put out the best material for their readers to enjoy and benefit from.
What advice would you give to a writer working on their first book?
Do not overthink it. Your first draft will never be perfect. Go with the flow of what you feel to write and portray to your reader. You can always go over it after and edit it. For starters just get your ideas down and as organized as possible. There is a lot involved with writing your first book. Don’t force it and take one step at a time. Let ideas come on their own, content will flow once you are relaxed and open for it to. Make writing an enjoyable process. This will reflect in your work.
What’s next for you as a writer?
The next steps for me as a writer are to continue to inspire, enlighten, and empower my readers to their higher truth. Leaving them feeling happy, peaceful, fulfilled, and empowered in their lives.
